This is an agreement between you and the artist, D. Loren Champlin, for an installment sale. The artist agrees 1) to ship the painting after the installment sale is complete and fully paid within 7 days of the final payment 2) To bill the customer (you) in 6 equal monthly installments each being 1/6 of the purchase price at the time of this agreement 3) to reserve the painting purchased and not sell or otherwise transfer the original unless payment is not tendered by you. You agree to pay the monthly installments as prescribed and to keep billing information and payment information current. Failure to abide by this agreement will make this agreement null and void. The copyright of the painting shall remain with the artist.
